Server memory upgrade

This kit delivers two terabytes of DDR4 ECC load-reduced memory in eight 256-gigabyte modules. It runs at 3200 megahertz with CL22 latency at 1.2 volts and uses the 288-pin LRDIMM form factor. The product is built for HP ProLiant DL325 Gen10 Plus v2, DL345 Gen10 Plus, DL360 Gen10 Plus, DL365 Gen10 Plus and DL380 Gen10 Plus servers.

Replaces registered or unbuffered DIMMs

The modules substitute for HP part numbers P06039-B21, P06039-H21, P06039-K21, P43172-B21, P07654-H21 and P07654-B21. Load-reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory bus so more ranks can be populated per channel. The upgrade is worthwhile when the platform requires ECC load-reduced memory and cannot accept registered or unbuffered types.

Fits eight-slot LRDIMM channels

Each 288-pin module occupies one DIMM slot in compatible ProLiant systems. The kit operates at 3200 megahertz and will downclock to 2133, 2400, 2666 or 2933 megahertz if the platform demands it. It is not for standard desktop computers, workstations that require registered ECC, or builds that mix memory types within the same channel.
