This OWC kit provides 64GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory in two 32GB modules. It is built for Lenovo ThinkSystem SR675 V3, SR850 V3, SR860 V3 and ST650 V3 servers. The modules run at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency at 1.1V. Buyers needing unbuffered desktop DIMMs or load-reduced memory cannot use this product.

Registered Upgrade Path

It replaces standard unbuffered or lower-capacity registered DIMMs in the supported ThinkSystem platforms.
