Industrial Panel PC for Embedded Use

The Partaker A15 is an 18.5" all-in-one system built around a 4th generation Intel Core i3 processor running at 1.90GHz. It ships with 8GB of DDR3L memory and a 128GB mSATA SSD, pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro. The front panel carries an IP65 rating and uses a high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen designed for continuous 7 x 24 operation in industrial environments.

Connectivity Constraints of Legacy Interfaces

Video output relies on VGA and HDMI ports driven by Intel HD Graphics 4400, limiting modern multi-monitor flexibility. The board provides two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, a single LAN jack, two COM ports and audio in/out. Expansion is restricted to a mini PCIe slot with a SIM holder for wireless modules. Storage upgrades are confined to one additional 2.5" SATA drive bay.

Fanless Mounting and Thermal Limits

The aluminium alloy chassis uses passive cooling, so the unit runs silently but must stay within an operating range of 0 to 50°C with the SSD installed. Installation uses the supplied embedded buckle kits for panel-mount cut-outs of 454 x 276.5mm, though wall, desktop or cantilever mounting is also possible. A 12V DC input with a 100-240V AC adapter powers the system, and a watchdog timer handles automatic restart after power loss.
