Loop Pre-Treatment Concentrate

PrimoChill SysPrep is a water-based, pre-mixed cleaning agent formulated to flush new water-cooling components before first use. One gallon bottle treats a full loop of distilled or DI water. It removes manufacturing residues from blocks, radiators, pumps and reservoirs. The formula is non-toxic and safe for acrylic, plastics, rubbers and gaskets.

For New Custom Loop Builders

This product suits anyone assembling a custom water-cooling loop who wants a contaminant-free start. It is not for builders using aluminium water blocks, radiators or fittings because the chemistry is incompatible with aluminium. It is also not a coolant or corrosion inhibitor, so users needing long-term fluid protection must add a separate coolant after flushing.

Aluminium Incompatibility

The decisive specification is that SysPrep must not be used with any aluminium water-cooling components. If your loop contains aluminium radiators, blocks or fittings, this pre-treatment will cause damage. For all-copper, brass, nickel, acrylic or plastic loops it cleans safely and prepares the system for final coolant fill.
