Enterprise Capacity and Form Factor

The Solidigm D7-P5620 is a 6.4TB enterprise SSD built in the U.2 15mm form factor. It uses 144L TLC 3D NAND and a PCI-Express 4.0 interface. The drive targets data-centre servers that need high-capacity internal storage with a 2,000,000-hour MTBF rating.

Upgrading from Lower-Capacity Enterprise Drives

This model replaces smaller U.2 enterprise SSDs when workloads demand more space without adding drive bays.
