AM5 Mini ITX Platform

The ASRock A620AI WiFi is a Mini ITX motherboard for AMD Socket AM5 processors. It accepts Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series CPUs and uses the AMD A620A chipset. The board targets small-form-factor builds that need current-generation Ryzen performance in a compact footprint.

Build Integration

Two 288-pin DDR5 slots support dual-channel memory up to 128GB at speeds up to 8200+ (OC) with XMP 3.0 or EXPO profiles. A single PCIe 4.0 x16 slot runs at x16 with 7000 and 9000 series CPUs, x8 with 8000 Phoenix 1, and x4 with 8000 Phoenix 2. Storage includes one CPU-attached Hyper M.2 2280 Gen4x4 and one chipset Ultra M.2 2280 supporting SATA 6.0 Gb/s or Gen3x4. Networking uses a 2.5Gbps Dragon RTL8125BG LAN and 802.11axe Wi-Fi 6E. Audio is handled by a Realtek ALC897 7.1-channel codec with Nahimic Audio. An HDMI port provides display output for APUs.

The board replaces older AM4 ITX platforms and adds DDR5, PCIe 4.0 storage and 2.5Gbps wired networking.
