This internal solid-state drive delivers up to 7400MBps sequential read and 6600MBps sequential write speeds over a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface with NVMe 1.4 protocol. It uses 3D NAND flash to provide an 8TB capacity suitable for desktops, laptops and PS5 consoles. The M.2 2280 form factor measures 80.0mm by 22.0mm by 2.1mm and is rated for 4000TB written and 1,000,000 hours MTBF.
