USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C front I/O

The top panel provides two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, limiting the single Type-C connection to 10 Gbps while the Type-A ports run at 5 Gbps.
