Industrial touch panel PC

The Partaker A4 is a 15-inch all-in-one system built around an Intel Core i7-8565U processor with 8GB of DDR4 memory, a 256GB SSD and a 1TB hard drive. Its front panel carries an IP65 rating and a 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen designed for continuous operation in factories, kiosks or outdoor enclosures. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed.

Fanless embedded mounting

The aluminium chassis uses passive cooling so there are no fans to fail or draw dust, but the unit must be installed with adequate airflow around its 54mm depth to stay within the 0–50°C operating range. Embedded panel cut-out dimensions are 348 by 272mm; the supplier recommends this method over wall or desktop mounting for best thermal results. A 12V DC supply is required and the watchdog timer can trigger automatic restart after a fault.

Legacy video and serial I/O

Video output is limited to HDMI and VGA ports, so modern DisplayPort or USB-C monitors need adapters. The board provides two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, dual LAN, audio in/out and two COM ports for legacy industrial equipment. Expansion is via a single Mini PCIe slot with a SIM holder for optional 4G or Wi-Fi cards; there is no M.2 Key-E slot for newer wireless modules.
