It uses the E3.S 7.5mm form factor and a PCI-Express 4.0 interface for high-density storage in data-centre servers. The drive delivers up to 7000 MBps sequential read and 3000 MBps sequential write, with 1005000 random read IOPS and 29900 random write IOPS at queue depth 256. It is rated for 0.51 drive writes per day and 14.11 PBW total endurance.
