It delivers up to 5300 MBps sequential read and 1900 MBps sequential write alongside 700000 IOPS random read and 114000 IOPS random write. Endurance is rated at 3.5 PBW with a 2,000,000-hour MTBF. Opal security and 5W idle / 13W active power complete the package for server and storage arrays.

This drive fits read-heavy applications such as content delivery, analytics and boot volumes where its high random-read IOPS and 3.5 PBW endurance match the profile. It is not for workloads that demand sustained high sequential write throughput or substantially higher write endurance.
