Installation uses the included mounting hardware for Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 115X, 2011 and 2066 plus AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms. The copper cold plate measures 120.1mm by 80mm by 107mm and connects to the radiator with pre-filled tubing. Fans attach via standard 4-pin PWM headers and ARGB lighting links to a 5V 3-pin header or controller.
