256GB LRDIMM for HP ProLiant servers

This 256GB DDR4 LRDIMM operates at 3200MHz with CL22 latency and 1.2V power draw. It targets administrators upgrading HP ProLiant DL385 Gen10 Plus, DL385 Gen10 Plus v2, DX360 Gen10 Plus or DX385 Gen10 Plus systems. The module uses an 8Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or with unbuffered and registered ECC memory types.

Sustained server workload behaviour

Load-reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory bus, allowing the single 256GB module to maintain stability during extended multi-threaded tasks. The DDR4 PC4-25600 rating supports continuous throughput at 3200MHz, while backward compatibility lets the DIMM run at 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz or 2933MHz when the platform requires it. ECC correction operates continuously to protect data integrity under heavy utilisation.

Thermals, noise and power in normal use

Operating at 1.2V keeps power draw low for a high-capacity server DIMM, reducing the thermal contribution inside dense chassis. The module produces no audible noise because it has no moving parts. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensure consistent electrical characteristics across the operating temperature range defined by the host server platform.
