ProLiant ML30 Gen11 Tower Server

The HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen11 is a 4U tower server built for workstation workloads. It ships with a single Intel Xeon E-2434 quad-core processor running at 3.4 GHz with up to 5 GHz turbo and 12 MB Smart Cache. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 memory are installed, and the chassis provides eight small form factor hot-plug drive bays. A single 500 W Flex Slot Platinum power supply is included.

Compatibility Checklist

Verify that your environment can accommodate a 4U tower form factor and that the 500 W power supply meets the total draw of all planned components. The system includes one non-hot-plug, non-redundant system fan, so airflow planning is essential. Confirm that any additional DDR5 UDIMMs you intend to add are 4800 MT/s HPE Standard Memory modules in 16 GB or 32 GB capacities. Ensure the operating system and applications support the installed Xeon E-2434 processor.

Build Integration

Four expansion slots are available, including one PCIe Gen5 x16 slot for high-bandwidth add-in cards. Onboard M.2 NVMe SSD support allows fast boot or cache drives without consuming a drive bay. The dedicated iLO management port enables remote administration separate from production network traffic.
