The ICY DOCK ToughArmor MB491SKL-1B fits a single 2.5" SAS or SATA drive from 5 mm to 15 mm height into a standard external 3.5" bay. A removable caddy enables hot-swap maintenance without tools. The heavy-duty metal chassis and tray are MIL-STD-810G certified for shock and vibration resistance. An IPX5-rated front cover protects the drive bay against water jets from any direction.

Dual lock security and vibration control

A barrel key lock and a thumb screw lock combine to prevent unauthorised removal and to secure the caddy against physical shock. Anti-Vibration Technology isolates the drive from chassis resonance for a safer mechanical environment.
