Countdown Timer Switch for Bathroom Fans

The Leviton DT160-1LW replaces a standard wall switch with a countdown timer that automates bathroom exhaust fans, heat lamps, towel warmers, hot tubs, saunas, attic fans and lighting. It offers four preset buttons for 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes of operation. The switch turns the load on with a press and shuts it off automatically when the selected time expires.

No Neutral Required Wiring with Green Flex Sleeve

The innovative green flex sleeve allows the device to connect to ground when no neutral wire is present in the wallbox, or it can be removed to connect to a neutral wire if one is available. A ground wire is required for installation. The switch supports 15A resistive, 1/2 HP or 9.8A fan/motor loads, 600W LED/CFL, 1800W incandescent/halogen and 1200VA MLV/ELV/fluorescent at 120 volts.

Shallow Design and Interchangeable Line Load Wires

The shallow 1.3 in depth fits easily into standard wallboxes. Two black wires can be interchanged between line and load to help prevent miswiring during installation.
