It is not recommended for large cooling systems where the liquid consistency could migrate away from the die. The material also functions down to -50 °C for extreme cooling scenarios.

A synthetic needle on the syringe allows precise placement on CPU or GPU dies, but the liquid viscosity of 0,0021 Pas means it spreads quickly and can bridge gaps if over-applied. Users must mask surrounding components because electrical conductivity creates a short-circuit risk. The paste cannot be used on aluminium heatsinks or cold plates; doing so causes permanent surface damage. Clean-up requires specific solvents rather than standard alcohol wipes.
