It accepts drives up to 6 TB and 9.5 mm thick, making it suited for laptop upgrades, console storage expansion or simple file transfers between computers. The black plastic shell includes a vintage-style tape label area for quick visual identification.

Verify that your 2.5″ drive is 7 mm or 9.5 mm thick; a 12.5 mm drive will not fit. The enclosure supports SATA I, II and III drives and works with Windows 8, Windows 10 and Mac OS 8 or later.
