PCIe 5.0 x16 and Thunderbolt 4 limits

The single PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot delivers 16 lanes directly from the processor for graphics or accelerator cards. Thunderbolt 4 on the rear I/O provides 40Gbps signalling for external storage, displays or docks.
