An 8+1+2 phase design uses 105A smart power stages to feed the CPU socket. VRM Thermal Armor covers the power delivery array to dissipate heat during extended multi-core workloads. PCIe 5.0 x16 and Thunderbolt 4 limits

The single PCI Express 5.0 x16 slot delivers 16 lanes directly from the processor for graphics or accelerator cards. Thunderbolt 4 on the rear I/O provides 40Gbps signalling for external storage, displays or docks. Both interfaces share the CPU lane budget, so populating the x16 slot with a x16 device leaves no PCIe 5.0 lanes for additional high-speed add-in cards.
