This 128GB DDR4 3200 CL22 4Rx4 288-pin 1.2V ECC Load Reduced DIMM is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered ECC memory. It delivers 128GB per module at PC4-25600 speed with JEDEC-standard timings and voltage. The module is designed as a direct replacement for Cisco UCS part numbers UCSML128G4RW and UCSXML128G4RW.

Replaces older DDR4 speeds from 2133 to 2933

The module is backward compatible with 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz and 2933MHz DDR4 platforms, allowing a straight swap without BIOS changes. The upgrade is worth it when your workload needs the higher 3200MHz data rate or the full 128GB density per slot to reduce the total module count. It will not work in systems that only accept unbuffered or standard registered ECC DIMMs.

Fits 288-pin DDR4 LRDIMM slots only

Installation requires a motherboard with 288-pin DDR4 slots that support Load Reduced ECC memory and 4Rx4 organisation. The module has no heat spreader, so airflow in the chassis must be sufficient for bare DRAM.
