This 64 GB DDR4 module is built for Supermicro H11SSL-i, H11SSL-NC, H11SSW-iN, H12SSW-iN and H12DSG-O-CPU motherboards. It targets administrators upgrading workstations or servers that require registered ECC memory. The DIMM will not function in standard desktop platforms and cannot be mixed with unbuffered modules.

64 GB capacity at DDR4 3200

The single stick delivers 64 GB of PC4-25600 bandwidth with CL22 latency and 1.2 V operation. Two-rank 2Rx4 organisation provides density for memory-intensive workloads such as virtualisation or large databases. Systems limited to lower speeds will downclock the module, and boards without registered-ECC support will not recognise it at all.

Passive operation at 1.2 V

No heat spreader is fitted, so the module relies on chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering and ECC logic add minimal power overhead while maintaining signal integrity at 3200 MT/s. In typical server environments the DIMM runs silently and draws only the current required for its 1.2 V specification.
