Systems limited to lower memory speeds or smaller maximum capacities will not utilise the full potential of this kit.
The DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) standard sets the maximum guaranteed data rate and timing envelope for these modules. Operation beyond 3200 MT/s depends on motherboard capability, CPU memory controller quality and cooling. The 1.35V operating voltage is the specified limit for the rated profile; higher voltages require manual tuning and carry risk. XMP 2.0 simplifies reaching the rated speed but cannot overcome platform constraints.
