The Dell XE7100 is a 5U rack server built around two XE7420 compute nodes. Each node carries an Intel Silver 4210 processor running at 2.2 GHz with 10 cores and 14 MB cache. The system ships with 256 GB of DDR4 memory in 16 modules rated at 3200 MT/s. Fifty 16 TB 7.2K SATA drives provide the primary storage pool, managed by an H730P RAID controller and dual H745 PERC cards. Remote administration is handled through iDRAC9 Enterprise.
