The EN-Labs 009S is a PCIe 1x to 16x riser card designed for Ethereum mining rigs. It uses a 60cm USB 3.0 cable to separate the GPU from the motherboard. Four solid capacitors and voltage regulation components deliver stable power to the graphics card. The kit includes a 6-pin PCI-E to 15-pin SATA power cable to reduce motherboard load.
The adapter plugs into any PCIe 1x, 4x, 8x, or 16x slot without driver installation. The 16x riser board has four mounting holes for securing the graphics card. The 60cm USB 3.0 cable allows flexible GPU placement in open-air frames. Builders must ensure the SATA power connector is fully seated to avoid intermittent power faults.
Data transfer runs at up to USB 3.0 5Gbps, which is slower than a native PCIe 16x connection.
