This 128GB kit contains two 64GB DDR5 RDIMMs rated at 6400 MT/s with CL52 latency and 1.10V operation. The 4Rx4 registered ECC design matches the memory controller requirements of the Supermicro X14DBG-LC+ motherboard so the system recognises the full capacity at rated speed. It is intended for server administrators who need a validated capacity upgrade for this specific platform.
Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller when all slots are populated, allowing stable operation at the specified 1.10V. On-die ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors in real time, preventing silent data corruption and unplanned reboots in production workloads. The modules run without heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow for thermal management.
