This 1.5 TB DDR5 kit contains 16 registered ECC RDIMMs of 96 GB each, built to the exact rank, voltage and timing the H14DSG-OM memory controller expects. It is intended for administrators who need maximum supported capacity on this specific motherboard without trial-and-error population testing.
Modules run at the standard DDR5 1.10 V and carry no heat spreaders, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller so every slot stays stable at full population, while ECC corrects single-bit errors before they affect uptime.
The kit replaces smaller or mixed-capacity DDR5 RDIMM sets that leave slots empty or force the controller to down-clock.
