This 64 GB dual-channel kit uses two 32 GB DDR5 modules rated at 6400 MT/s with CL32 32-39-39-76 timings at 1.40 V. It is built for Intel 600 and 700 series platforms and requires an XMP 3.0 compatible motherboard to run at the advertised speed.
The matte-white aluminium heatspreader with a brushed strip dissipates heat from the hand-screened ICs while the kit operates at 1.40 V. No moving parts are present so the memory adds no audible noise; power draw scales with the 1.40 V operating voltage under load.
A single Intel XMP 3.0 profile stores the 6400 MT/s frequency and 32-39-39-76 timings for one-click configuration in BIOS. Builders who need plug-and-play JEDEC speeds or AMD EXPO profiles cannot use this kit at its rated performance.
