Options 1TB (2 Pack)
This pack contains two 1TB 2.5-inch solid-state drives built with 3D NAND. They connect through the SATA interface and fit standard 7mm bays in notebooks, ultra-slim notebooks and desktop PCs. The drives are intended as a direct replacement for mechanical hard disks in consumer systems.
The 2.5-inch form factor measures 7mm thick and uses the standard SATA data and power connectors found in most laptops and desktops. No heatsink is fitted, so the drives sit flush in tight bays. Shock and vibration resistance protect data when the machine is moved, and the lack of moving parts keeps operation silent.
Sequential transfers peak at 520 MB/s read and 480 MB/s write, which is the practical ceiling of the SATA link. Random 4KB performance reaches 95,000 read and 90,000 write IOPS. The drives are rated for 500 TBW and a 1.5 million hour MTBF, with idle power as low as 30 mW and active power averaging 2.5W up to a 4.0W maximum.
