LORDWORLD CM4-IO-BASE-A Mini Base Board development board
A credit-card-sized base board for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 with a 40-pin GPIO header, HDMI, USB, Gigabit Ethernet, CSI, DSI, fan header, microSD slot and M.2 slot
- Standard CM4 socket and colour-coded 40-pin GPIO for direct module integration
- Credit-card sized board fits tight enclosures while adding USB and HDMI via FFC
- Onboard CSI, DSI, fan header, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet, microSD and M.2 slot
- Supports Compute Module 4 Lite and eMMC variants for flexible deployment
- Ready for CM4 evaluation or end-product integration with multiple I/O options
Target user and purpose
This mini base board is built for engineers and makers evaluating the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 or embedding it into finished products. It provides a compact carrier with expanded connectivity in a credit card sized form factor.
Deciding specification
The board fits only Compute Module 4 Lite and eMMC variants through its standard CM4 socket. It will not accept earlier Compute Module generations or modules with a different pinout.
Bundled accessories impact
A USB HDMI adapter is included to extend the board's native HDMI and USB interfaces via FFC. The carrier also exposes CSI, DSI, fan header, Gigabit Ethernet, microSD slot and an M.2 slot for additional peripherals.

Spørsmål om denne varen
What does the 40-pin GPIO header provide when the board is inside a device?
The colour-coded 40-pin header matches the Raspberry Pi layout, giving direct access to GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART and power rails for HATs or custom daughter boards.
Which interface does the RJ45 port use and what throughput does it support?
The RJ45 connector is wired for Gigabit Ethernet, so the Compute Module 4 can reach up to 1 Gbps wired network speeds.
What physical space and mounting does the board need?
The credit-card sized PCB fits a standard CM4 socket and includes mounting holes aligned with the Raspberry Pi form factor for secure installation.
