NEMIX RAM 1.5TB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM Kit

This 1.5TB kit contains twelve 128GB DDR4 3200 RDIMM modules rated at PC4-25600 with CL22 latency. Each module is a 288-pin 4Rx4 registered DIMM operating at 1.2V with ECC. The kit is built for ThinkMate GPX-XS12-24S3-8GPU GPU-optimised servers. Major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix are used.

Suits ThinkMate Servers Only

This memory is validated for ThinkMate GPX-XS12-24S3-8GPU servers that accept 4Rx4 DDR4 3200 RDIMMs. It is not for systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs, LRDIMMs or different rank configurations. Buyers needing consumer desktop memory or non-ECC modules should look elsewhere. Builders targeting other server platforms must verify qualified vendor lists before purchasing.

4Rx4 Rank Decides Compatibility

The 4Rx4 organisation is the single specification that determines whether this kit works in a given ThinkMate server. Memory controllers and BIOS firmware must explicitly support 4Rx4 registered DIMMs at this density. If the platform qualification documents list only 2Rx4 or 2Rx8 ranks, this kit will not function. Always cross-reference the server memory population rules before ordering.
