This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR5 5200 unbuffered UDIMM modules rated at CL38 and 1.1V. It is built for Supermicro desktop and SuperWorkstation platforms such as the MBD-C9Z790-CGW motherboard. The modules use major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix and operate without ECC or heat spreaders. Builders expanding memory on these validated boards can install the kit directly into the 288-pin slots.
Running at the DDR5 base voltage of 1.1V, the modules draw minimal power during typical desktop and workstation workloads. With no heat spreader attached, airflow across the bare PCB is sufficient for normal operation in a chassis with adequate case cooling.
