Registered ECC DDR5 at 4800 MT/s

The modules operate at 1.1 V with a CAS latency of 40 and a 2Rx4 organisation. As registered DIMMs they present a controlled electrical load to the memory controller. The DDR5 interface limits this kit to the 4800 MT/s data rate and the 288-pin form factor defined for that generation.

256 GB for multi-socket capacity needs

Four 64 GB ranks deliver 256 GB total, suitable for virtualisation hosts or large in-memory databases. The registered design supports higher per-slot densities than unbuffered alternatives. Systems needing more than 256 GB or faster memory speeds must use a different platform or memory specification.
