Registered ECC operation and a CL22 latency at 1.20V provide the stability required by enterprise workloads. Each module uses a 2Rx8 organisation with major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix.

Suited Builds and Limits

The kit targets administrators upgrading compatible Tyan servers or workstations that accept registered DDR4 ECC memory. Systems needing unbuffered UDIMMs, non-ECC modules, or speeds beyond PC4-25600 cannot use this memory. Builders without a qualified Tyan motherboard should verify the memory QVL before purchase.
