This 256GB kit delivers eight 32GB DDR5-6400 Registered ECC RDIMMs built to the exact rank, voltage and timing the ASRock Rack GNRD16DNO and GNRD16QM3-NL motherboards expect. It is for administrators who need the full 256GB capacity recognised at rated speed without manual tuning. It is not for desktop boards that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs or for systems limited to lower maximum memory per slot.
Eight single-rank 1Rx4 modules populate every slot at 1.1V and CL52, giving the platform its maximum supported density while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly. Registered buffering offloads the memory controller so all channels run fully populated at 6400 MT/s. The kit reaches its limit when a workload demands more than 256GB or requires speeds beyond the DDR5-6400 specification.
The 288-pin RDIMM form factor matches the server board's keying and population rules; no UDIMM or SODIMM alternative will seat correctly. Installation follows the motherboard manual's approved slot order to initialise every channel. Because the modules carry no heat spreaders, chassis airflow must be sufficient for dense, fully populated configurations.
