This 64 GB kit contains two 32 GB DDR5-6400 (PC5-51200) registered ECC modules built to the exact rank, voltage and timing the Supermicro X14SDW-64C-SP9F motherboard expects. The 2Rx4 organisation and 1.1 V operation let the board recognise full capacity and run at rated speed without manual tuning. It is not suited for systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMM form factors.
Operating at the specified 1.1 V, the modules draw minimal power and run without a heat spreader, relying on normal chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, keeping power draw predictable during typical server workloads. No active cooling or special airflow arrangements are mandated by the design.
