This single 96 GB DDR5 6400 RDIMM delivers registered ECC memory for servers and workstations that require error correction and signal buffering. The module runs at PC5-51200 with a CAS latency of 52 and operates at 1.1 V. It is built with major OEM Samsung Micron Hynix chips in a 2Rx4 organisation. The 288-pin form factor fits DDR5 RDIMM slots only and is not compatible with standard PC computers.

Registered DDR5 modules draw power through the 1.1 V rail and the on-module PMIC manages voltage regulation for the DRAM and register.
