This 576GB memory kit contains twelve 48GB DDR5 5600MHz Registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Supermicro H14SHM motherboard. It targets administrators who need maximum supported capacity in a single validated package. Each module operates at 1.1V with CL46 latency and a 2Rx8 organisation. The registered design allows full population of every slot without overloading the memory controller.
DDR5 5600 sets the peak transfer rate at PC5-44800, so throughput cannot exceed that ceiling even if the processor supports higher speeds. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle of latency but keeps electrical loading low across all twelve slots. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly, yet it cannot recover from multi-bit failures or replace a defective module. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits only DDR5 RDIMM slots; it will not seat in UDIMM or SODIMM sockets.
Major OEM chips from Samsung Micron or Hynix are mounted on bare green PCBs without heat spreaders, so airflow across the modules is essential in dense chassis.
