This 192GB kit contains two 96GB DDR5 Registered DIMMs built for the Supermicro H14DSG-OM motherboard. It delivers 6400 MT/s speed at CL52 latency with a 1.1V operating voltage. The modules use a 2Rx4 rank configuration and 288-pin form factor required by the platform.

Registered ECC with 2Rx4 layout

The Registered buffer offloads the memory controller so every slot runs fully populated at rated capacity. On-die ECC catches and corrects single-bit errors in flight to prevent silent data corruption. The 2Rx4 organisation matches the board's population rules for stable operation at full speed.
