This single 128GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMM delivers error-correcting memory for Thinkmate GPX workstations and servers. The module operates at PC4-25600 with CL22 latency and 1.2V power draw. It targets administrators who need maximum capacity per slot in qualified platforms.

Registered 288-pin form factor

The RDIMM fits 288-pin DDR4 slots in Thinkmate GPX QN12-24E2-10GPU, QS4-12E2-4GPU, QT8-22E2-8GPU, QT8-24E2-8GPU and XH8-22S3-8GPU systems. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher total capacity than unbuffered alternatives. It will not work in standard desktop motherboards and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced modules.

JEDEC and RoHS compliant

Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz platforms lets the same module serve mixed-speed deployments. The 8Rx4 organisation provides dense capacity without additional physical slots. No heat spreader is included, so airflow must be managed by the chassis design.
