The Phanteks Glacier EZ-Fit 450CPU is a copper CPU water block designed for custom liquid-cooling loops. It features an ultra-fine 0.15 mm fin array on a 3.7 mm thick copper base measuring 60.2 x 51 mm. Pre-installed 16 mm push-in fittings support both hard and soft tubing. Integrated Digital-RGB LED strips run at 5 V with a maximum draw of 0.3 A.
This block suits builders assembling a custom loop on Intel LGA 1700 or AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms who want a tool-free fitting experience. The package includes an aluminium cover, mounting hardware, an Intel backplate and thermal compound. It is not suited for systems using sockets other than those listed, nor for loops requiring tubing sizes other than 16 mm OD hard tube or 16 mm OD / 10 mm ID soft tube.
The defining feature is the pair of pre-installed nickel-plated brass fittings that accept 16 mm OD PETG, acrylic or PVC tubing directly. No separate fittings are needed, which reduces potential leak points and build time. If your loop uses a different outer diameter, this block cannot be connected without additional adapters.
