Eight-bay NVME backplane

The Athena Power BP-M28NVME525 fits a standard 5.25-inch bay and holds up to eight M.2 NVME SSDs. It accepts drive lengths of 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 mm. The unit is built from an aluminium backplane with a stainless steel carrier and includes a metal keylock with two keys. Three 4010 mm blower fans provide active cooling.

It requires a host connection through a Slimline (SlimSAS) 4i x 8 interface, so systems without that connector cannot use it.
