The Black Box PS290 is a new 25 W power supply built specifically for the ICI200A and ICI202A industrial and medical-grade USB hubs. It delivers a regulated 12 V DC output at 2.08 A through a locking barrel connector that prevents accidental disconnection. The unit accepts both 110 V AC and 220 V AC input, allowing deployment in North American, UK and EU environments.

Class II Isolation Limits Surge Exposure

The adapter provides 4 kV isolation to protect sensitive connected equipment from voltage transients. As a Class II device it operates without a protective earth connection, which restricts its use to applications where double or reinforced insulation satisfies the relevant safety standard.
