3400 RPM Pump with Micro-Channel Base

The pump runs at 3400 RPM ± 10 % and is rated at 20 dBA maximum noise. A full-plane copper base uses 0.1 mm micro-channels to draw heat directly from the CPU die into the coolant. This pump speed and channel geometry together decide whether the cooler can handle a given thermal load.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Under continuous load the high-flow pump and improved water channels keep coolant moving through the EPDM plus IIR tubing without evaporation loss. The three rifle-bearing fans each deliver 64.89 CFM at 120 x 120 x 25 mm, maintaining airflow across the 394 x 119.6 x 27.2 mm radiator.
