3400 RPM Pump with Micro-Channel Base

The pump runs at 3400 RPM ± 10 % and is rated at 20 dBA maximum noise. A full-plane copper base uses 0.1 mm micro-channels to draw heat directly from the CPU die into the coolant. This pump speed and channel geometry together decide whether the cooler can handle a given thermal load.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Under continuous load the high-flow pump and improved water channels keep coolant moving through the EPDM plus IIR tubing without evaporation loss.
