We sell electrical and electronic equipment in Germany, which carries two registration duties. Both are held before the first sale, not after it.

Old equipment take-back. You may return an old device of the same type as one you buy from us, free of charge. Write to the address above with your order reference and we send a return label. Batteries and accumulators must not go in household waste; they can be handed back to any retail collection point or to us.

6Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. That is the ordinary position for a company our size, and it takes nothing away from your statutory rights — see returns and warranty, both of which we honour directly.
