What each status means

  • Awaiting payment

    We are watching the chain. Nothing has arrived yet, and the rate we quoted is held for 30 minutes.

  • Underpaid

    Less arrived than the invoice asked. Your order page shows the difference and the address to top it up.

  • Paid

    The payment confirmed. Your order is queued for packing.

  • Packing

    Being picked and boxed in Germany. Address changes are no longer possible at this point.

  • Shipped

    Handed to the carrier. The tracking number is on your order page and updates there.

  • Delivered

    The carrier reported delivery. Your 30-day return window starts on this date.

  • Cancelled

    The invoice expired or was cancelled before payment. Nothing was taken.

  • Refunded

    Paid back on-chain, to the address you gave us.
