256 GB DDR5-4800 ECC RDIMM Kit

This kit delivers 256 GB of registered ECC DDR5 memory across four 64 GB modules running at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency. It is built for SuperMicro GPU SuperServer platforms such as the SYS-821GE-TNHR, SYS-821GV-TNR and SYS-421GE-TNRT where maximum capacity and error correction are required.

Registered ECC with 2Rx4 organisation

The modules use a 2Rx4 layout and registered buffering to reduce electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all four DIMMs to operate reliably at the rated 1.10 V. ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors, protecting data integrity in continuous workloads.

Four 64 GB modules fill four slots

Populating four DIMM slots provides 256 GB total capacity, suitable for large virtual-machine fleets, in-memory databases and GPU-accelerated compute. Systems needing more memory than four slots can supply must use higher-density DIMMs or a different platform.
