This 32GB DDR5 4800 PC5-38400 CL40 registered DIMM is built for Cisco UCS C220 M7 SFF, C240 M7 SFF, X210c M7 and X410c M7 servers. It delivers error-correcting memory for workloads that require data integrity in multi-socket platforms. The module will not work in standard desktop computers or with unbuffered or load-reduced memory types.

288-pin registered form factor

The stick uses a 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM layout without a heat spreader, operating at 1.1V. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, allowing higher capacities per channel. Mixing this module with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported and will prevent the system from booting.

DDR5 4800 bandwidth ceiling

The PC5-38400 interface tops out at 4800 MT/s, so total throughput is limited to that speed regardless of how many modules are populated. Buyers who need faster memory clocks or greater per-module capacity must choose a different DDR5 speed grade or a higher-density part, as this module is fixed at 32GB and CL40 latency.
