The copper cold plate and aluminium radiator cover sockets from LGA 1150 through LGA 2066 and AMD AM2 to TR4. Two 120 mm fans provide airflow across the 274×120×27 mm radiator. ARGB lighting and PWM control

Addressable RGB LEDs on the water block and fans synchronise through a 3-pin ARGB header and Shenguang Sync software. A 4-pin PWM interface lets the motherboard vary fan speed between 900 and 1800 RPM based on CPU temperature. The pump runs at 12 V and 250 mA. These connections replace manual switches and fixed-speed operation.
